RETURN POLICY

At The Southern Pantry Company, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to feel like your gift set is an expression of the southern hospitality and the outstanding quality that is in accordance with our uncompromising standards. So, if you are not happy we are not happy. Please inspect your package immediately and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.

Please note the following:

  • An original receipt is required for all returns

  • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer

  • We recommend that you use a traceable shipping option

  • Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address, where your return will be processed

  • All promotional and sale merchandise are non-refundable, however we'll gladly give you an exchange or store credit for a future purchase

  • After 14 days and up to 90 days following the date of your invoice, we will only accept returns for manufacturing defects
